Because of the increasing number of older adults and chronic diseases, the United States anticipates a shortage of healthcare workers by 2030. SHARE Foundation aims to bring dedicated healthcare professionals back to work in Union County, Arkansas, to care for our aging population. Through December 2023, SHARE has committed $972,957 to 234 students in 16 health-related careers, one public education career, and one mental health counseling career.

To be eligible for scholarship assistance, applicants must have completed all prerequisites and have a letter of acceptance into the specific program of study for health care or public education careers.
